All final images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal-use license only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Al Editing and Enhancements

Some photos may be partially enhanced, refined, or artistically generated using Al tools. This process aims to elevate the creative quality while maintaining authenticity.

3. Portfolio Use

Eligraphy may showcase selected works on its public platforms (website, Instagram, portfolio, or exhibitions). You may request removal from future active displays at any time, but already published or archived materials remain part of the brand’s artistic record.

4. Data & Privacy

Client data and images are handled confidentially and securely. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

5. Acceptance

By checking the consent box on the booking form and submitting your session request, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
